Database of Russian farms and agricultural companies with contacts

The database has more than 15,000 farms — from small family farms of a couple of hundred hectares to agricultural holdings. Each has its region and district, the head or contact person, phone and email if available, and sown areas by crop: winter and spring wheat, barley, corn, sunflower, soybeans.

Most often the database is used to find grain suppliers without intermediaries. For example, pick farms in Voronezh Oblast with more than a thousand hectares of wheat and call them before the harvest goes to traders. It also works the other way: if you sell seeds, fertilisers or machinery, you can see who sows how much and where.

Before a deal, check whether the farm declares its products — you can do this in the declaration search by tax ID or name. And if you are planning to become a farmer yourself, we have a guide on how to register a family farm (in Russian).

Agreed with a farm, but it has no silos or the lot goes into a container? We pack grain into big bags on site, in any region (in Russian).

Frequently asked questions

What is a KFKh

A KFKh is a peasant (family) farm in Russia: land is worked by a family or several people led by the head of the farm. Most often a KFKh is registered as a sole proprietor — the head of the farm — and less often as a legal entity. The database includes both, as well as LLCs, JSCs and agricultural cooperatives — everyone who grows grain and oilseeds.

Where does the farm data come from

The database is based on open data from the Russian state business registers EGRUL/EGRIP (Federal Tax Service), Rosstat and industry directories. For each farm it includes the legal name, the head's name, contacts, region, specialisation and sown areas for the main crops.

How do I contact a farmer directly

Open the farm card — it has a phone and email if they are in the database. It is best to call with a specific request: crop, volume, timing. Before a deal, check whether the farm declares its products — you can see this in the declaration search by tax ID or name.

Can I search by crop and area

Yes. Tick the crops you need — winter and spring wheat, barley, corn, sunflower or soybeans — and set the minimum sown area in hectares. Rapeseed, peas, flaxseed, oats and rice are searched by farm specialisation. You can also search by farm name, the head's name or region.
